SALE OF ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SALE OF ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

In connection with the spin-off of its Jeans business, VF terminated its agreement with the financial institution to sell trade accounts receivable on a recurring, non-recourse basis. As of December 2019, the ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ had no outstanding amounts related to accounts receivable previously sold to the financial institution and no other obligations or liabilities related to the agreement.
